Also a family ticket for tourist attraction Dinostar and ’s SeaLife, and a pair of tickets to the fantastic music festival Humber Street Sesh.

East Yorkshire Managing Director Martijn Gilbert said that Catch The Bus Week was an ideal time for people to try using the bus.

He said;

“As the weather gets warmer and people start to think about getting out to explore our region, the bus is an ideal option.”

“Not only do you not have to worry about trying to find a parking space in a packed car park or have the hassle of fighting through traffic, but you’ll also have the reassurance that you’re using and not making an unnecessary extra car journey, and therefore helping the environment and the air quality of our towns and cities too.”

Catch The Bus Week is a nationwide campaign aimed at driving awareness of the benefits of taking the bus.

Now in its fifth year, it’s all about encouraging people to leave their cars at home and discover for themselves how convenient, comfortable and enjoyable travelling by bus can be.
