MP Heads Back To Nursery School For Lesson In Success

, MP for Beverley and Holderness, has visited Beverley Manor Nursery and Hedon Nursery.

He visited the Pre-Schools to celebrate the outstanding performance they both achieved in their Ofsted inspections.

Beverley Manor Nursery has certainly proved to be a huge success in Beverley. So pleased were they with their result children who attend were given a special sun hat.

As a result of their achievements, the MP visited the schools for a lesson in success learning how the team there achieve such great results.

Commenting on his visits the MP said;

“It was great to visit Hedon Nursery and Beverley Manor Nursery to show support for these centres of excellence. Also to be able to congratulate the staff for their hard work.”

“Karen Hunter is the Executive Headteacher of both schools. During my visits, we discussed how the nurseries help, improve and promote early years education by working with others in the private and state sector.”

“It really is a fantastic achievement that the schools under Karen’s charge have been ranked as outstanding by Ofsted.”

“Leadership is vital, and Karen provides it in spades. The staff at Beverley Manor and Hedon Nursery have created exceptional learning environments that are nurturing and engaging.”

“Also I was pleased to learn of the excellent progress of the children in these schools.”

“It is important to me that all children in Beverley and Holderness are given the best start in life through high-quality early education.”

“That is why I am pleased that teaching and learning standards in my constituency are going upwards.”

“Each child only gets one shot at education. Excellent pre-school education is the first step towards a fulfilling future.”

Nursery School Executive Headteacher Delighted That MP Visited

Karen says it was great to have the MP visit both the schools. Commenting on the visit she also highlighted the recent achievements, she said;

“It was great to have Graham visiting both Beverley Manor Nursery and also Hedon Nursery.”

“Graham spoke with the pupils and staff. It was clear he was extremely interested in the teaching routines and children’s progress.”

“Beverley Manor recently received its seventh outstanding Ofsted rating in a row while Hedon received its fourth.”

“We are proud of these achievements and pleased that Graham joined in our celebrations.”
