Michael Booth Makes Accomplished Mountain Course Return

Making an accomplished return to Mountain Course competition, East Yorkshireman Michael Booth enjoyed a highly productive second TT Races campaign sealing a brace of highly creditable finishes, gaining two bronze replica trophies, plus lapping close to the 125 mph mark.

Race week for the quickest TT newcomer of 2016, began with non finishes within the RST Superbike, opening Monster Energy Supersport races.

Soon though the Fast Bikes Magazine employee fortunes took an upturn, as he sealed in the Royal London 360 Quantum Superstock race on his own teams Kawasaki a very respectable 25th place finish, along the way setting a new personal best lap speed of 124.24 mph.

Monster Energy Supersport race 2 would provide the Triumph mounted Booth with another solid result, this time in the form of a 36th place finish.

Concluding race week in style within the blue riband Pokerstars Senior race, the former Dundrod 150 Challenge rostrum finisher chalked up an excellent 19th place finish, which gained him another bronze replica trophy.

Banking as well a new personal best lap speed of 124.851 mph, the Brough racer was overall pleased with his TT 2018 tenure, which also saw him finish a respectable tied 21st in the race for the prestigious Privateers Championship.
