People looking to buy a new home in Beverley are going to be offered a £1000 this weekend by developers .

Over the Easter weekend the company say they will offer the incentive to anyone who reserves their new home during the holiday period.

Sales Manager at Homes Yorkshire East Sharon Hyde says that they want to show their support for local buyers, she said;

“Beverley has long been a popular area for David Wilson Homes , not least with the popularity of our schemes that we’ve seen over recent years.”

“We wanted to show our support for local buyers once again by offering a range of incentives across the Easter weekend that will help moving up the property ladder that bit easier.”

“We’d encourage any buyers to visit over the Easter weekend to receive this great moving fee contribution.”

David Wilson Homes who are developing Elm Tree Park in Beverley say that the town is proving a very popular location for people looking for a new home.

With the moving fees often a hurdle that buyers face when trying to climb the property ladder, the Easter incentive along with other deals including part exchange, they hope will help will make that process somewhat easier.

The offer a £1,000 towards moving fees is not restricted to the new housing developments in Beverley. The company are currently building houses at a number of locations in the region with all sites offering this same incentive over Easter.
