Cosmo’s Mark 12 Months of Trading in Beverley

Cosmo’s Flaming Grill Restaurant in Wednesday market Beverley celebrated 12 months of successful trading that the business owner Eyyup Demir has described as an incredible year.

A well-known face in Beverley Mr. Demir has been working in the town to six years which included started with managing another one of Beverley popular eateries and cocktail bars Lucia’s before taking the plunge and opening a venue of his own.

Speaking to HU17.net about their first-year business Mr. Demir said;

“For me and the business, the past twelve months have been incredible in terms of starting a new restaurant in Beverley town centre.”

“The town of Beverley has really welcomed Cosmo’s, and the reception that we have had from our customers speaks for itself – they keep coming back for more!”

“For me, one of the biggest achievements over the past year has been the quality of our menu and the wonderful team work here that help makes Cosmo’s the success it is.

“I’m also very proud of the reception that Cosmo’s has received from the people who live in Beverley and also come to visit this beautiful town.”

Like any business Mr. Demir has plans for the future as he looks to adapt to ensure that Cosmo’s continues to go from strength to strength.

Mr. Demir who says he loves running the business in Beverley paid tribute to the residents of the town saying;

“The residents here in Beverley are so loyal, make my work a joy. I love the way Beverley takes pride in supporting the local independent businesses.”

A vibrant restaurant by day and a lively place to go for an evening meal Mr. Demir has his own favourites when he eats his restaurant when asked a recommendation he said;

“I love mixing it up at Cosmo’s, one day I’ll opt for one of our delicious handmade burgers, but the next day I’ll surprise myself with our fresh sea bass option….I’m never bored with the food at our restaurant!”
