Channel 4 Daytime is set to transform ‘Fill Your House for Free’ for 2016 with new host Gok Wan and they are looking for a Beverley Resident to take park in the show.
Following the huge success of the features format under the helm of the brilliant Kirstie Allsopp, the equally fabulous style guru Gok is set to take over the reins and unleash his interiors influence on houses up and down the UK- leaving Kirstie free to concentrate on her other Channel 4 projects including Love it or List it and Location, Location, Location.
After previously showing us how to renovate ourselves in the fashion stakes Gok will be meeting families who are desperate to give their home a make-over, but like most of us are feeling the post X-mas pinch and in need of a micro budget, of next to nothing at all!
From bedroom changes, kitchen do-overs, living room spruce ups and whole house transformations Gok will be using his esteemed and renowned sense of style to show us how we can achieve a dramatic overhaul, whether it be sourcing an entire kitchen (sink included!) or a new king-size bed, without even breaking the piggy bank.
Packed with design and style tips and working with some of the country’s best up-cyclers and master craftspeople Fill Your House for Free will also look at completed projects for inspiration, and once again show us how to avoid waste to take our properties from shabby to chic on a thoroughly thrifty budget.

The 20×60 series is being made by Glasgow based indie Raise the Roof Productions and was ordered by Mr. Sayer.
It will be executive produced by Andrew Jackson and the series producer is Tom Cara. It will air on Channel 4 in 2016.
