Following another blank weekend with the Morley fixture of last Saturday falling victim yet again to the incessant rain Beverley RUFC hope to return to action this weekend.
On Saturday Beverley are due to entertain South Yorkshire’s Dinnington RFC at Beaver Park kick-off 2.15 PM.
Having shown improved form in their last home match on 23 Janury when they overcame a strong Morpeth outfit the Beavers were unable to maintain the momentum the following week when they slumped to a heavy defeat at Pocklington.
Beverley will be hoping to shake off that performance and return to something like the form shown in January.
With the forward pack being consistently heavily outweighed in recent matches the Beavers are picking up a worrying number of injuries and the availability and fitness of players will need to be assessed before final selection can be made for the game.
