Stunning New Look For Beverley's Kings Head Hotel

The Kings Head Hotel in Beverley have officially re-opened their hotel this week following a £300,000 refurbishment.

Their goal was to create the best rooms in the East Riding and judging by the results they have certainly raised the bar when it comes to accommodation in the area.

Speaking to HU17.net the general manager Matt Clapison said;

“This is the second phase of a major project that has seen us invest £650K into the business over the last 11 months.”

“It is all part of our long term strategy to enhance the products and facilities to guests of the Kings Head Hotel.”

“In this phase of the project we have reduced the number of rooms from 12 to 10 so we could create a suite and a superior super king room.”

“During this work we have also installed a Josper Steak Oven in the kitchen and will be serving locally sourced meats from Industry renowned Yorkshire farmers, John Penny & Sons.”

Josper cooked Rump, Sirloin, Rib eye, Fillet and Chateaubriand are all now available on the menu as well as the home cooked pizzas from the separate Pizza oven.

What has been created is a set of 10 Contemporary Boutique style rooms which look fantastic and that are finished to a very high standard.

Mr. Clapison commenting on the launch night said;

“The event was a great success, we had 120 people attend and the feedback we got about what we have created here was well received and very positive.”

When asked if he felt they had achieved their goal Mr. Clapison said he felt it had but it was now up to the public to decide, he also added;

“If anyone would like to have a look at the finished results, all you need to do is pop in and we will arrange a tour of the rooms so you can decide for yourself.”

Mayor of Beverley Peter Astell who opened the rooms said;

“This is fantastic for the Beverley. To have rooms of this standard and quality available in the Town centre can only be good for bringing people into Beverley which will help boost the local economy.”
