Limited Trees Left For Beverley Minster Christmas Tree Festival

There are only a few trees left waiting for sponsors at this year’s biggest-ever Christmas Tree Festival in Beverley Minster, warned organisers Carol and Peter Mounstephen.

Now in its fifth year, the popular festival will see 80 trees, decorated by local families, businesses and voluntary groups, create a spectacular seasonal celebration in Beverley Minster.

Last year more than 3,500 visited the church during the three day event and Peter promised that this year would be even bigger and better.

“Beverley is growing very quickly and this is a marvellous opportunity for businesses and voluntary groups to get themselves known more widely,” he said. “Plus, the sight of all those trees inside Beverley Minster is truly astonishing.”

The 2015 festival will run from Friday 11th December to Sunday 13th and prospective sponsors can contact Peter and Carol via the Minster Parish Office on 01482 868540.
