Experienced New Broker Brings Added Customer Care

One of the most experienced insurance experts in the region has joined Henderson Insurance Brokers Ltd’s (HIBL) Hessle office commercial team.

Neil Whitley, 56, from Beverley, has 38 years experience within the insurance sector and will work as a senior broker across commercial accounts in Hull and East Yorkshire, including in the construction, property, engineering and manufacturing sectors.

Neil Whitley said: “Over the years I’ve learnt that there is only one way to do it – the right way – which is how I like things to be done. I want to make sure that clients come away thinking that they have had the very best customer service possible.”

Neil Whitley started his career as an inspector with Provincial Insurance in 1977 until the early 1990s. He then moved into the broking side taking a position with Townend Insurance in Goole and has since worked at a number of other local insurance brokers.

HIBL, which is the UK’s fifth largest independent insurance broker, has strong expertise in risk management, construction, bonds and surety services along with credit insurance and manufacturing.

The company is an official partner of World Trade Centre Hull & Humber.
