YOG.art Open Their First UK Franchise in Beverley

A new business that sells frozen  yogurt has opened its doors in Beverley.

Located on Toll Gavel YOG.art  is totally new to the UK but is a widely recognised brand its country of origin Greece.

Zoe Stergides who owns a business speaking to HU17.net said;

“While this is a new concept here in the UK increased their over 50 franchises of the business.

“I was originally from Hessle but now live in Barton so and quite local to the area. It was while I was in Beverley I saw this empty unit and I thought it would be a perfect place to open the UK’s first YOG.art.”

When they opened their doors at 3 PM on Friday Zoe could not hoped for better day to launch.

Soaring temperatures in the centre of Beverley meant there were queues of people waiting to try what YOG.art had to offer.

Zoe said;

“We have been rushed off our feet since opening the doors. So far the feedback we have had from customers who been in has been very positive and we are very happy with how things have gone.”

How it works is very simple. Customers choose a type of container and they go over to machines of the back of the store that dispense different flavoured frozen yogurt’s.

Once filled up they can tailor with frozen yogurt they then go to a counter where they can choose from a wide range of toppings that include chocolate, sprinkles, nuts and even fresh fruit.

After you have finished making your creation you then go to the till where it is weighed before making a payment.

This is a completely unique experience here in Beverley, just being in the shop today it was evident that it is not only children but also adults who are having a great time creating their frozen yogurt treats.

During the summer so is looking to keep the shop open late into the evening she looked to build up a business.

To help boost returning visitors customers can also take advantage of a loyalty card which is on offer in the store the once required stamps a collective can be exchanged for a free product.
