“As a club, we wanted to build on what has been an extremely successful winter season with a fresh challenge in the Yorkshire league. We have never rejected the idea of returning to the in the future.”

We sportingly conceded the game after it was abandoned due to a serious injury to one of our own players, even though we could have insisted on a replay.”

  1. A very narrow minded and strange decision to say the least.
Never the less the records will show who finished to of the league ,well done Beverley it has been a pleasure watching you .

  2. It’s a shame it has been decided this way as the lads, including my self at Three Tuns would of much preferred to play for it. However? The powers that be have spoken and we thoroughly deserve the title. It has been a great year and we’ve had some great battles with a few teams, especially Beverly. Good Luck in the Yorkshire League boys! All the best
