A significant amount of cash, tools and boilers were stolen from commercial premises in a remote area of Beverley.
Humberside Police report that a break-in happened at a large industrial complex, split into a number of units, between 5.30pm on Saturday, May 30 and 7.20am on Monday, June 1.
Unknown offender(s) used force to enter the premises, where they made an untidy search. A safe was also broken into.
No alarm was fitted to the premises and the owner has since been given crime prevention advice.
