FC shared the spoils as they were held at home by in the Humber Premier League.

A poor first half from the champions saw the home side go into the break behind. Ryder Smith however came up with the all important equaliser early in the second period as Beverley battle back for a point at the .

Speaking after the game gaffer said;

“We got the first half completely wrong, we kept giving the ball away. At the break we had words and the team were much better in the second half.”

“Overall on the balance of play I felt we done enough to win the game but given the circumstances today and lack of players due to a host of reasons I am happy we got some sort of result.”

“There were plenty of positives in the second half, the lads got the ball on the deck and played some nice . We also closed down Pocklington much better in the second period.”

Cording was very short of bodies for the game, players were away representing other sides leaving him with just one substitute.
