Jordan Rushby Targets Thundersport GB 600 Superstock Top Five Finish

Local rider Jordan Rushby is looking to continue to progress in the world or motorsport in the up and coming 2015 – 2016 season.

After finishing in 8th place overall last season in the Thundersport GB 600 Superstock class race series on board his Yamaha YZF 600cc race machine,  Rushby is working hard to improve again.

His goal for the new season is to land some podium finishes, and is aiming for a top 5 finish overall.

In statement released Rushby said;

“Pre- season testing has been going very well. I have just returned from testing in Cartagena Spain, where I managed to maintain my personnel best lap-times from last year.  Even though the conditions were not as good, as the track temperature was down quite a bit, with some very strong winds, so overall I am very pleased.”

Rushby’s first round of the season starts at the Kent circuit Brands Hatch on the 7th & 8th March, with round two taking place at Donington Park on the 11th & 12th April.

This year Jordan will be racing at least twice a month up and down the country from March to October competing at some of the best circuits.
