New Lease Of Life For Chairs From Beverley Minster

Steff Braysmith is just one of many who took up the opportunity to own their own bit of ’s History by purchasing six chairs from the recent sale held by Beverley Minster.

Mrs Braysmith says she was tipped off about the purchase after her daughter, local fashion designer Lizze Braysmith saw an advert and told her to get some.

Speaking about her chairs Mrs Braysmith said;

“I have just been down to collect them from Beverley Minster. In all I managed to get six of them, a couple will stay with me and my daughter will be taking the rest.”

Beverley Minster put their chairs that have seen 40 years of service in the iconic building up for sale to make room for the new ones.

Now hundreds of seats will be given a new lease of life preserving part of the local history for many years to come.
