UKIPs Gary Shores Alarmed By Volume Of Migrant Workers Coming To UK

UKIPs Gary Shores says there are too many Romanians and Bulgarians coming to the UK.

His comments come after the official figures revealed the number of Romanians and Bulgarians working in the UK has risen by 15% year-on-year.

In a statement, Mr Shores who will standing for election in May saud;

“I am sure that the residents of the UK will be as alarmed by these ridiculously high numbers of people coming into Britain, as I am. warned that opening the door to Romania and Bulgaria on January 1st would lead to more economic refugees into the country. The politically correct establishment condemned us at the time – but we were right.”

“Until our political elites state categorically that EU membership is a major cause of the UK’s wage lowering, uncontrolled, mass migration and broken, unsecured borders they will continue to fail the British people.”

“Our national public infrastructure, services and finances will continue to take the strain of hundreds of thousands of new EU residents in Britain each year. When it comes to immigration, voting Conservative or Labour equals the same outcome.”

“Open borders and hundreds of thousands of EU citizens coming and going into Britain as they please. The pressure on schools, hospitals and roads is increasing. As well as the security threat open borders represents due to ‘IS’ terrorists. As the government has been advised, an attack here just a matter of time.”

“It is time we took back control of our borders and who comes into our country. An Australian style points based system is required – but this can only happen by voting UKIP.”

However other independant studies sugest that the migrant workforce add value to the UK filling roles that employers are finding just difficult to fill.

A survey by the University College suggested that European migrants had made a net contribution of £20bn to the British economy between 2000 and 2011, and that these migrants were 43 per cent less likely to be in receipt of state benefits.

  1. I sincerely hope people don’t buy in to this ridiculous party whose only policy is immigration and this policy is a flaky one at that. I find it hilarious that this man is encouraging people to have a system like Australia when 27% of their population are immigrants (a lot of them British I expect!) and Britain has only 13% but I bet that’s not I figure they are making well known. This man and his beliefs are ignorant at best and if this political party was in power I would most definitely not be proud to be British I would be ashamed.

  2. I will be voting for this party, you may be right about Australia having 27% of their population being immigrants and probably many british, but they have skills, if you don’t have a skill then Australia doesn’t want you, if this party were in power as you say I wouldn’t be ashamed, good luck to gary , you vote for who you feel , but I like many will be voting ukip.
