Bishop Burton Gardeners’ Club To Host Winter Gardening Talk

Over 60 Bishop Burton Gardening Club members enjoyed and entertaining and instructive evening when, last month, John Bailey demonstrated many of his innovative gardening tools to make gardening easier

Their next meeting will be held on Tuesday 4th November 2014 at 7.30pm in St Mary’s Parish Hall, North Bar, Beverley, with a presentation by Janet Dolling entitled “Winter Gardening including Hellibores”.

Janet has worked in many areas of the UK on a variety of gardening subjects and now lives again in her native East Riding where she started a small plant nursery, later carrying out garden design, renovation and landscaping projects.

Membership of the club is £15 per year or non-members are welcome to attend for a £4 entry fee.

Refreshments are served after the meeting.
