Stamford Bridge beat Beverley Town Cricket Club by five wickets at the Norwood Recreation Ground.
Batting first Beverley set the visitors a target of 232 to win, Faisal Abid, 61, Olly Grantham, 64 and Andy Burton, 75 all scored runs for Beverley as the home side closed their innings on 231/8.
Stamford Bridge however reached the required target for the loss of just five wickets with Dom Rhodes putting in a fine innings scoring 153.
Defeat means that Beverley are now in sixth spot in the York & District Senior Cricket League.
Next weekend Beverley will hit the road as they play then penultimate game of the season away to Dunnington, a side they beat easily earlier in the season.
