Fire Station Open Day Urges People To Stand By Your Pan

Humberside Fire and Rescue Service were joined by their colleagues from Beverley’s Twin town Lemgo for the annual open day.

Beverley Fire Station welcomed members of the public onto their site who had the chance to get a close look at a range of equipment and browse a number of stalls.

Following a demonstration showing the visitors what happens when you tip water onto a chip pan fire the crowd were reminded to ‘Stand By Your Pan’.
