Andrew Rogers Optometrists Pledge Their Support To Ladies Polo Tournament

On Sunday the annual Ladies Polo Tournament at White Rose Polo Club will take place with this year’s event raising money for Yorkshire Air Ambulance and Parkinson’s.

Local business Andrew Rogers Optometrists have pledged their support to the event by donating a £100 worh of vouchers for their store in Beverley.

Andrew Scott told HU17.net;

“Ladies Day will be a great event, as a keen polo player myself, I know a lot of these people personally and am very happy to help support this event and two very worthwhile causes.”

Other prizes on the day include Polo lessons, tickets for Beverley Races and A preserve hamper from Alison Payne.

Claudia Aylott from White Rose Polo Club said;

“There will be Ladies polo and a fabulous prize, a cocktail master class, high-end retail stalls, and you can, of course have a go on Woody, our wooden horse and try to hit some polo balls. Afternoon teas, light lunches and a bar are available as well. “

Gates open at 11.00am with the first match starting at noon, tickets are £10.00 per person and include a glass of champagne and strawberries.
