Councillor Richard Burton, portfolio holder for civic wellbeing and culture, added:

“This is a great tour around the council’s libraries in our region, giving everyone a chance to visit a display nearest to them.”

I do encourage people to go along to one of the Pop-Up events to see yet another fascinating and informative display about .”

The display has been funded with money from Arts Council England and is part of a wider programme of World War I related activities being put on by the Council and the Joining Up the Humber Museums Partnership.
