Beverley Town Dynamo Win Futsal League

Beverley Town Dynamo U10 has won the Futsal league for their age group and will go on to represent the Hull area in a regional tournament in Leeds on June 7th, if successful they would, then go into the national finals in Birmingham at the end of June.

Manager John Galloway commented:

“Winning the Futsal league is yet another great achievement by this young talented group of boys and ensured we finished our mini-soccer programme in style.”

Looking forward to next season he went on to say: “Having had an unbelievable first season which saw us win two pre-season tournaments back to back followed by the league championship in our first phase, we now move up to the 9v9 format for the new season starting in September.”

” The success of the team, however, has come at a price – it was inevitable that with the team’s profile professional clubs would come calling. Harry Wallis and Tom Overton will sign up for the Hull City Academy in July. They follow Jacob Galloway, who earlier in the season joined Leeds United, we wish all of them the best of luck in their pursuit of excellence.”

” We are now short on numbers and players of this quality unfortunately do not grow on trees, so we are scouting searching the area for additional players to join the squad in the summer for the up and coming season . “
