Beverley Squash Run Away With Hull And District Division 1 Title

Beverley A team from Beverley Squash and Racketball Club have completed a highly successful season, winning the Hull and District top Division by a giant margin.

Captained by David Harris the team consistently powered through the Division with an incredible win record of 15 wins, 2 draws and no losses.

David was delighted with the result and stated ‘it has been a great season where every squad member has played his part.

He said;

“The quality of our squash and the enjoyment we have had from the team matches has been tremendous.”

The team was led ably by it’s number 1 player and inspiration, George Bannister, who won every match, dropping only four games all season.

George said;

“I put the success down to a fantastic team spirit, having fun, hard training and a consistent approach.”
