RUGBY LEAGUE : Beverley ARLC Rearrange Yorkshire Cup Clash

Beverley ARLC have announced they are to move their second round  clash with Haworth Park.

The Blue and Golds reached the second phase of the competition after beating the Scarborough Pirates at the Beverley Leisure Centre and were due to play Haworth Park on October 12th.

As statement released by the club read;

“We are pleased to confirm we have been able to bring Beverley’s second round Yorkshire Cup tie has been brought forward.”

“The blue and golds will now host Haworth Park this Saturday the Beverley Leisure Centre kicking off at 2pm.”

“The game has been brought forward as it would have taken place just 24 hours after the club’s Charity Sports Dinner at Lazaats.”

“Given the clash of dates it would meant the players would drinking orange juice all evening!”

“ There will now not be a game the weekend after the dinner.”
