Beverley RUFC got their pre season under way with a comfortable win over Bridlington at Beaver Park.
The Beavers starting team due to a number of players being unavailable, including skipper Junior Tupai was made up with a selection of players from the first and second team squads.
Beverley were far too strong for Bridlington and came away with an easy 57 – 5 win.
Coach Anthony Posa tweeted after the game;
“Good first hit out for Beverley today. Really happy with the kids who stepped up with so many players away.”
