Get New Vibes At Beverley Leisure Complex Cafe

Beverley Leisure Centre

Complex’s Café Vibe is trialling a new food collection technology system, aimed at cutting waiting times for food orders.

When customers place an order, they are given an electronic pager which alerts them by flashing when the order is ready to be collected.

, senior catering manager for leisure and tourism at East Riding of Yorkshire Council, said: “The new pagers aim to ensure that ordering and collecting food becomes a smoother process, improving the experience for customers, and saving time as well.

“The trial will run until the end of June, and if it proves popular, we hope to roll out the new technology at all the Café Vibe sites at East Riding Leisure Centres”.

Customers are being offered the chance to win one of four prizes of a meal for four at Café Vibe and a family swim for four at Beverley Leisure Complex, simply by submitting a completed postcard survey into a draw. The postcards are at the Café Vibe till point and on tables throughout the eating area.
