Food coach and personal trainer, is running the next in a series of cookery demonstrations at SGB Fitness Gymnasium in Beverley on Friday 26th April. The demonstrations provide thought-provoking insights into how foods affect the hormones to help us lose body fat.

Anita explains:

“It is important to me to make use of seasonal fruits and vegetables and even though many of these are available all year round in the supermarkets, I like to encourage to visit local suppliers as not only do they have tasty offerings, they offer fantastic service too.”

“The spring time has so much to offer from wild garlic to water cress and I enjoy making exciting recipes, adding interesting spice mixes and giving my clients ideas they just wouldn’t have thought of.”

Based on the common questions my clients ask me, the emphasis of my cookery demonstration looks at how to prepare quick, easy and healthy meals for all the family. Understanding the different food groups, busting the many myths associated with weight gain, how to prepare tasty gluten free snacks and setting appropriate portion sizes.”
