Hypnotherapist Spreads Happiness At Workshop

A Beverley clinical hypnotherapist is helping people discover their inner power with a one-off charity workshop in aid of Dove House Hospice.

Pamela Crane has created a course entitled ‘The Power Within You’, which is loosely based on the Law of Attraction, which has been studied for centuries.

Pamela says “The Law of Attraction has been documented in many bestselling books and there is a misconception that if you wish for something, you will get it but that is simply not true. My workshop takes a realistic approach to these ideas and brings them together to create something that has the potential to enhance your life and change your thinking.

Our thoughts have a massive impact on our well-being, obviously the mind is very powerful but sometimes we need reminding that our thoughts actually control our feelings and behaviour towards others. I will be teaching a few simple techniques, guaranteed to spread happiness and put a big beaming smile on your face”

The workshop is also a means of raising money for Pamela’s favourite charity Dove House Hospice.

Fundraising manager, Karinda Jones of the charity says:

“We’re really pleased that Pamela has chosen to support Dove House Hospice with this workshop as we could not continue to provide such excellent care to adults in Hull and East Yorkshire with life limiting illness without the support of the local community.”

“Dove House Hospice has a yearly running cost of £5.6million and is funded for the equivalent of just 48 days per year, the funds for the remaining 317 days are raised through a variety of fundraising initiatives and with the help of people like Pamela holding activities supporting us.”

The interactive workshop, hosted by Pamela Crane takes place on Wednesday 10th April, 7.15-8.45pm at Creation Fine Arts, 7 North Bar Within, Beverley, HU17 8AP. Tickets are priced at £8, booking is advised as seats are limited.
