Free Talk On Value In Art

A is hosting a FREE event to determine how to value works of art? graduate, Chris Sullivan will be appearing at to discuss this issue using a variety of examples.

Chris says:

“I have studied at length how art is valued, as an example I refer to the reconstruction of destroyed bank notes.”

“Our society gives a value to pieces of paper such as bank notes and also revises that value when they reach a certain stage of dilapidation.”

“But I will be discussing what happens if they are re-constructed and sold as art.”

“There is a huge interest in art in the area and questions are always asked regarding value. I am hoping my talk will entertain as well as educate art lovers.”

Chris Sullivan will be at at 4 pm on Saturday 15th December with his FREE talk “Value In Art” and he will also be showing a short film of his work. This talk is free of charge.
