Runners and walkers are invited to join members of Beverley Athletic Club in a run or walk to celebrate the 14th anniversary of the opening of the Beverley Beaver Trail.
The event starts at 10.00 on Sunday 18 November at Beverley Leisure Complex. All participants are invited to join club members for soup and a roll in the Leisure Centre afterwards. There is no charge for entry or for food.
The Beaver Trail was founded by Beverley Athletic Club in 1999 with sponsorship and support from Adidas and East Riding of Yorkshire Council. The trail follows a picturesque cross-country route with minimal use of roads and there is a choice of 5, 10 and 13-mile distances.
Maps of all routes will be provided on the day but participants who are not familiar with their intended route are advised to download their route map and study it in advance.
Toilet, shower and changing facilities are available at Beverley Leisure Complex.
