“Customers who enjoy the regular tapas nights asked for a Christmas version. The serving of tapas is designed to encourage conversation because guests are not so focused upon eating an entire meal that is set before them.”
“Instead the courses are served throughout the evening giving time in between to get into the Christmas spirit. We have put together a typical Spanish Christmas menu. It has several courses starting with some simple tapas or appetizers, starters, main courses and ending with dessert and coffee.”
“There is always a great atmosphere and we are very proud of the dishes which are all home-made in our kitchen. It often takes days to prepare in advance as all the dishes are prepared without a microwave in sight.”
“The menu includes 14-16 home-made authentic tapas dishes, sangria and live music from local musicians.”
