Food For Life Seminar: How To Make Quick And Easy Healthy Meals

Although many people would prefer to eat healthy and nutritious meals all of the time, often time is an issue and after a busy day at work or with the children, an oven meal is an easy option.

However, food coach and personal trainer, shows her clients how to prepare delicious, nutritious meals from scratch, in her food seminar at the Barn House in on Wednesday 19th September.

Anita Norman explains:

“I run a ninety-minute seminar which is designed to take your nutritional understanding, cooking skills and taste buds to the next level.”

“I am qualified as a personal trainer and food coach and feel very passionate about educating people to help them embrace healthy, delicious and economical eating.”

“I aim to end the confusion around dieting, weight control and food products and by including a simple cooking demonstration in the seminar it proves how quickly these can be prepared and incorporated into busy lifestyle.”

Niki Clappison, owner of the Barn House in Walkington explains:

“We are running a variety of workshops at our venue and I am particularly interested in Anita’s food seminar as sometimes we just need some inspiration when it comes to cooking healthy meals and snacks from scratch.”

“A good diet gives us energy and makes us feel good and look good.”

“The food demonstration will take place in our cafe so our guests can see how it is prepared, cooked and then of course taste it. Anita will also be bringing along some healthy cakes and snacks to nibble on throughout.”
