Queen’s Diamond Jubilee @ Keldmarsh Primary School

Keldmarsh Primary School pulled out all the stops to make their Jubilee Party an event to remember.

With the wet weather the party was moved inside but it did not stop everyone from having a great time.

To mark the children at the school made hats for their party with prizes being given to the best ones. There were some amazing creations including a Jubiloo!

Over 200 children, most of who were dressed in red white and blue, packed into the school hall creating a sea of colour.

For one young man, Jack Raper, had his only story about the queen. Back in 2010 Jack was lucky enough to meet the in person!

To cap it all off each of the children received a special commemorative porcelain mug that was purchased for them by the local council, Woodmansey Parish Council.
