This result keeps Tickton safe in the league. The first half was a close game, with both teams equally matched with scoring 3 goals each.
In the second half, Tickton went ahead by 2 goals, but to Bridlington’s credit they pulled a goal back to make a tense finish, though Michael Ringrose, for Tickton AFC, had numerous chances to make the game safe, with at least 4 clear opportunities to score.
This was a good final game for the AFC Tickton players and manager, Lee Stonehouse.
