Molescroft Mohicans were beaten by league leaders and title favourites Holderness Boys at Longcroft School.
Molescroft FC, in red, remain third in the U15 Kingston Hull Boys Sunday Football League with just one game remaining.
The Mohicans will play their last game in two weeks at Longcroft School as they host Willerby Wanderers, a victory for Molescroft would give them a good chance of finishing third.
