East Riding of Yorkshire Council are giving youngsters aged eight-11 years old the opportunity to try skateboarding at Longcroft School, Molescroft, on Wednesday, 11 April from 11am-12noon.
This introductory session will be a fun way of giving children a greater understanding of how to ride a skateboard in a safe way, using the correct techniques and giving them the chance to practise some low level tricks.
All helmets, pads and boards will be provided, however participants can bring their own equipment if they wish to do so.
