Wedding Fayre To Be Held At The Barn House

The Barn House in Walkington would like to invite exhibitors to promote their wares at their wedding fayre on Sunday 8 April.

In association with Wat’s On, Hull’s fashion, mother-of-the-bride and trousseau shop, the wedding fayre will be open between 11-4pm and includes a fashion show, refreshments and exhibitors fair.

Owner of the Barn House, Niki Clappison says:

“We have the perfect setting for a wedding fayre. The fashion show is very informal and we see local volunteers model the outfits whilst mingling with the crowd. We find it helps that guests enjoy seeing the garments up close to feel the fabrics and get a better idea of how the garment behaves.”

“This year we are looking for exhibitors to come along and promote any items that are suitable for a wedding from flowers and dresses to cake makers and wedding lists.”

“We feel it is very important to work with and support local businesses and help to spread the word about them. This year’s wedding fayre is already looking very exciting with a variety of local businesses featuring their products with us.”
