In freezing conditions at Longcroft School, the Barrel Walkington were well beaten in the East Riding County League by Bridlington Town Academy.
The Barrel started the game well enough creating their own chance but when Bridlington did score the goals kept coming.
This was the only football match to be played in the division as sports fixtures were cancelled due to frozen pitches.
The win keeps Bridlington Town Academy top of the table while the Barrel Walkington remain three points clear of the relegation places.
