Keely Forward Brace Helps United Make It Twelve In Twelve

Mill Lane United Girls have gone top of the East Riding Girls Football League with a 5 – 0 win over United at .

Keely Forward helped herself to a brace while Tonya Wild-Storr, and Millie O’Neil all grabbed a goal each.

With just eight matches left to play manager Tony Storr is not taking anything granted saying;

“People keep telling me we have we have ‘won’ the league, we are in a the driving seat but you cannot predict football.”

It will be hard for any side to overtake United, they have three games in hand on second place Malet Lambert and have the best goal difference by some margin.

The win today makes it twelve league wins in a row and given the sides current form there is not a team in a league who look like being able to take a point, let alone the title off United.

Next weekend Mill Lane United will travel to University where they will face Pinefleet Wolferton.

Final Score: Mill Lane United 5 North Ferriby United 0
