Humberside Police would like to speak to anyone who may have witnessed an attempt burglary in Beverley.
In the early hours of Sunday 06 November, between 0030hrs and 0115hrs, it is believed a mid terraced house on Fotherby Walk in Beverley was approached from the front and allegedly numerous attempts were made to damage and enter the UPVC door.
The suspect/s left muddy marks on the door facia.
The force used on the door caused the door frame to loosen and the door become loose and warped.
Anyone who may have heard or saw anything suspicious in the area of Fotherby Walk is asked to contact Humberside Police on the non-emergency number 101 quoting crime reference number CS/1873115/2011.
