Two local boys have made it down to the top ten of the Pizza Express competition ‘The Big Audition’ with Jamie Cullum. Billy Gill and Fin Henderson, both 15, make up Palms13 a ‘jazzy-pop’ band.
The boys applied for the competition and submitted a youtube video of themselves, competing with over 7500 others they made it down to the top 50 and with votes from fans and school friends are now in the top ten.
They travelled to London this week where they, along with the other contestants, met and performed for Jamie Cullum who then gave them some feedback.
With a prize of £5000 to spend on their music Billy and Jamie would love to win.
