Hodgsons FC got a much needed win as they hosted Hedon Rangers in the League Cup at Longcroft School.
Trailing at half time gaffer Lee Hastings must of wondered if it would ever be his day though the Tanners showed character as they fought back to win convincingly.
Goals from Ben Daniels, Adam Foster, Shaun Gibson and Mike Claxton completed the come back and securing Hodgsons FC a place in the second round of the cup.
Next weekend the Tanners face an away day at South Holderness Technology College as they return to Humber Premier League action.
Their opposition are fifth placed Crown FC who were well beaten at the weekend by local rivals Beverley Town.
