Discover The Beauty Benefits Of Herbs At Charity Event

A Beverley skincare specialist is inviting to learn about the beauty benefits of home grown herbs at a charity event at Mires Beck Nursery later this month.

of FaceWorkshops will be talking about how herbs benefit our skin and how they can be used to reduce lines, wrinkles, puffiness and dry skin caused by an outdoor lifestyle and exposure to the elements.

Katerina, who has a PhD in skin science and has worked on some of the world’s leading skincare brands said;

“Leading skincare brands like Aveda, Caudalie, Dr Hauschka and Weleda favour the natural approach to skin therapy and help to promote the use of sustainable and organic plant derived active ingredients to regulate the skin and restore its natural balance.”

FaceWorkshops offers skincare consultations and anti-ageing facial massage from Treatment Rooms in and in Leeds City Centre.

Katerina also gives regular talks on hints and tips for ways to maintain radiant skin season by season.

Mires Beck Nursery started over 20 years ago as a small nursery specialising in the production of wildflowers of Yorkshire provenance.

In addition to growing wildflowers, cottage garden perennials and shrubs, it also provides a pleasant, enjoyable environment where people who have a learning difficulty or disability can develop their skills, increase their self esteem and confidence.
