Tribal Myth Primed For Seasonal Hat-trick

and Tribal Myth are in prime position to continue their love affair with this afternoon.

Tribal Myth, under Beverley scholarship jockey Burke, look to make it a seasonal hat-trick on the when they line up  in the day’s best race, the Siemens Chemical Process Handicapp (3.15pm).

A powerful field awaits Tribal Myth, however, namely in the challenges that will be posed by Mick Channon’s Osgood and Tom Eaves’ Strike Force.

Tribal Myth and Burke stormed to victory over the same distance in May, annihilating Osgood, although the latter has admittedly improved since.

With Strike Force preferring firmer ground, the Kevin Tyan-trained Tribal Myth (starting the day at 14/5 on Betfair) seems to have everything in its favour to notch up victory number five at Beverley.

Another very recent course and distance winner Thinking, under Duran Fentiman, is well in the running for the Chris Coole Champagne Handicap (3.45pm).

Although carrying seven pounds more than when winning earlier this month at the Westwood, the Tim Easterby-trained Thinking has proved it can handle the tricky track and at 7-2 early doors was looking good value for money.
