Massive Weekend For All At Beverley RUFC

Beverley RUFC face a massive weekend with fixtures that will go a long way to deciding the fate of their two senior teams.

The first XV achieved a hugely positive result last weekend at Middlesbrough, digging deep and playing some positive rugby to beat the hosts 27-17.

But they need to build on this when they travel to Waterloo at the weekend in a game that, should they win, will go a long way to helping them win their battle against relegation.

The Liverpool side sit just one point above The Beavers in National League Three North, with both teams closely pursued by Billingham and Middlesbrough.

It’s an equally important game for the second team at Beaver Park, where a big crowd is expected for their clash with Scarborough Vikings.

The seconds won their merit league last week with a 19-12 victory at the Vikings, but the North Yorkshire side finished fourth and will be desperate to gain some revenge.

A rough and tough game is expected by the Bandits, who travel to BP. There is no love lost between these two sides.
