Mr Hammond added,

“We all want the best out of our lives and to feel fulfilled. ‘How to live your best life now’ is all about identifying what makes for a really fulfilling life and thinking about how we can apply it to ourselves”.

“it’s not meant to be anything like a normal church, it’s for people who don’t ‘do’ church.  Everyone is welcome to come along and have a coffee and join in if they want to, or they can just sit and listen.”
