Hodgsons Reserves left it late to overcome bottom of the league Long Riston at the Beverley Leisure Centre.
The match remained goalless until the mid way through the second half when Hodgsons took the lead. Long Riston equalised though two late goals from the home side were enough to earn all three points, winning 3 – 1.
The win keeps Hodgsons Reserves in touch with County League Divison 2 leaders Wawne Ferry Reserves who Hodgsons will host after little matter of an away day in Howden.
