On the final day of 2009 it seems fitting to create a ‘Team of the Decade’ well based on the past six months or for which HU17.net has been covering the football in Beverley. The players come from the teams that play locally, Beverley Town, Beverley United, Mill Lane United, Hodgsons FC and the Humber Colts.
The ‘Team of the Decade’ that has been selected is Adam Nicholson, Mark Monaghan, Eddy Rafton, Ben Daniels, Samuel Overton, Tom Moore, Michael O’connell, Jonny Ricardo, Paul Silvester, Adam Foster and Craig Lamplough with Pip Pearson given the job of coach.
