Pat’s Beverley Fly By

Pat Hamlet a Beverley resident has been in touch with .net as he wanted to share the pictures he took of . His pictures of Beverley Minster were taken when his daughter Vicky arranged for Pat to take a flight in a light air craft as a surprise birthday gift.

The pilot called Nuno was in the process of working towards gaining enough flying hours to apply for a commercial airline training position. Pat’s flight in a 2 seat single engine plane took off from Airfield on a route over Elington, York, Hornsea and finally over Beverley.

In Beverley the pilot flew round the historic Beverley Minster and Pat could not resist taking these fantastic pictures.

Pat told HU17.net “It was a very unusual gift from my daughter Vicky, I am so grateful to her”
